In its long existence and experience, Dowell has targeted certain niche areas and developed products catering to those specific areas. The first being AROMA (Administration of human Resources & Organizational Management) - which helps the HR Manager to monitor how the HR policies of the organization work on its Personnel. Dowell's Aroma is a Software application targeted for use by high end HR Managers as well as managers of the whole organization.
AROMA has three major sub-systems developed under latest Oracle environment with WEB Features.
